Our business operating system has been designed around meeting the compliance standards of  ISO9001. This provides us with the metrics to measure improvements across all areas of our company.

A key element to achieving zero defects starts with a new product and its introduction process (PPAP). A well thought out process considers both the elements of risk and builds in safeguards (Failure Analysis) so that risk is reduces to minimum and is detectable by preventative measures put in place.

In order to offer a flexible and co-operative approach to customer requirements, our production scheduling allows for reviews during work in progress. The product is identified by electronic entry at arrival and through each process stage it enters.  This system provides PowderTech with total traceability of parts within the plant.
